Black Lagoon 2 may be coming out of “Dry dock”

News over at animenewsnetwork sez that Funimation is looking to get “Some” of Geneon’s old titles into it’s own stable. [LINK] Of course that may or may not include Black Lagoon, but if it does and the deal goes down the dub of Second Barrage might end up on US shelves this year.

We know it’s been completed - thanks to it’s being broadcast in Canada >_< - so now all we need is for a publisher to pick it up for distribution.

Here’s hoping for Funimation to pick up the slack for those slobs at Geneon. (I hope they pick up Tenchi Muyo and Rozen Maiden, too….)
